Rain favours our college.

For the past few days there has been heavy pour in my area as a disastrous cyclone hit the coast.The death toll has kept increasing due to the heavy floods and acres of land has been devasted by this deadly rain.Yesterday was declared as a state holiday and all schools and colleges were not functioning except mine.My college had some 'extraordinary guts' to keep it working.We had to go to the classes drenched.The roads that lead to my department building were simply flooded.I had a wicked idea of bunking the classes too.But a funny incident took place on the way to our mess for lunch.A guy happened to slip into a big pool of water and was totally soaked.It seemed that he never took bath for the past three days(According to his friend's comment).In my hostel,like the other collage hostels people wake up late in the morning and never find time to take bath.Some never brush their teeth(these dosent include me).And not to say anything at times like this when the water is cold and the temperature outside is freezing.They say everything happens for a reason.A good one.and i discovered one good reason why we had college yesterday.I think it was in a way useful because people who usually don take bath are forced to go in rain to the classes and eventually they get to have what i call a 'pseudo bath'.And may be this could help us to have Stink Free classes.But still,what do we do about the people who dint have a bath but had a umbrella and the poeple who never had a bath and bunked their classes during rain?.We could probably plead to them to take bath or we just hold our breath when they walk past us.And i think water conservation is not much essential in rainy days like this and that too in this way.!!!

An article in today's newspaper...

For those who have'nt read..
Today there was an article in the news paper...A useful one of course.
It was about blogging.It said that blogging is one of best way to expresses one's feelings.Thats right one can freely say whatever he/she is thinking.It also said that software companies are encouraging blogging.Some even insist on blogging.This has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Employees increase their communication and also the company can know what its employees are thinking.The disadvantage is that sometimes employees express their ill feelings towards the company too.This article was in The Hindu dated 19.12.07.

The morning incident...

Today morning i woke up from at 6.05..One of my friend has sent me a message that time.It took some time for my eyes to get adjusted to the light and when i read ,i again went back sleep and got up only at 7.00.And because of this i had to go late to my first hour (metallurgy).
The message read like this..
"Do u know what is success?..
When there is heavy rain the trees will be drenched with rain water..
Then it becomes WET TREE."
Do not take the literal meaning,In tamil we call success as vettri.And i don know how, but may be because of this there is heavy ran in my place,and i am seeing too many wet trees..

My first post..in my third blog.

Hope this blog goes on well..My previous blogs were idle and i did nothing with them.Got frustrated and deleted one too.And after that i got inspiration from one of my friend who was in the same situation previously and now he is doing a pretty good job(Better than me) with his blog.
Think ill do Good,because i don want to waste this too.
